To help keep the form secure, we also process limited technical and security information, such as a temporary, hashed value derived from your IP address used to limit repeated submissions, and the result of an automated bot-check performed by Cloudflare Turnstile. The form also includes a hidden field that is not visible to visitors. This field exists solely as an automated spam-control mechanism to help identify and block submissions from bots. Like most websites, this website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This website does not currently use Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Ads remarketing, Meta remarketing, or any targeted-advertising cookie or audience-building tool. GoHighLevel
Information submitted through the estimate form, including your contact details and project description, is transmitted to and stored in the Custom Landscapes by Design GoHighLevel sub-account, a customer relationship management platform we use to manage estimate requests, track communications, and follow up with prospective and current customers.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated bots and spam submissions. Turnstile may process certain browser, device, network, and interaction signals as part of this verification. Cloudflare's handling of that information is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
HostGator
This website is hosted by HostGator, which provides the server infrastructure that delivers the website and processes estimate-form submissions. HostGator may process technical data, such as server logs, that is necessary to deliver and secure the website.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags that run on this website and Google Analytics 4 to collect the website-usage information described in "Analytics and Automatically Collected Information" above. Google processes this information as a service provider to us and, subject to its own terms, may also use it for Google's own purposes.
Sharing of Information
We share the information described in this policy with the service providers listed above because they help us operate this website, process estimate requests, secure the form against abuse, host the website, or manage communications with prospective and current customers. We do not sell your personal information.
